  • (00:13) The mindset is the values and principles that Agile comes from to develop a high-quality product.

(00:26) 4 values:

  1. Evaluating "Individuals & Interactions'. High-quality employees = high-quality products.
  2. 'Working Software'. The goal to develop high-quality software that is actually a benefit to people.
  3. 'Customer Collaboration'. Contract negotiation is important, understand the client's business needs.
  4. Responding to Change'. Planning is important. But, you have to take feedback. Adapt to the market.
(02:15) 12 Principles - summarized:

  1. Customer is the highest priority
  2. Prepare for changing requirements
  3. Deliver frequently
  4. Developers and businessmen need to work together
  5. Have motivated employees
  6. Use face-to-face conversations
  7. Working software is the best measure of progress
